At Kenda, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction. If your new sports gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
